The civil aircraft manufacturing industry has experienced 40 years of development in China. However, the production management of aircraft final assembly relies too much on the factor of experience, which causes discrepancy and imbalance between planning and actual production capacity. As a large manufacturing sector, the civil aircraft manufacturing industry has been in a more and more important status in the industry of a country. In order to boost domestic civil aircraft manufacturing, it is significant to promote workshop production management by bringing in considerable manpower and material resources to improve fine control of production lines. In this paper, the aircraft final assembly scheduling method is designed to be the research object. The complexity, overlap and the correlation in recourse constraint on the condition of process sequence constraint are deeply discussed. The research models are now on the phase from research to pre-launch. The Resource-Constrained Project Scheduling Problem(RCPSP)concept is put forward to realize process balance and beat balance, therefore to meet conformity, authenticity and traceability in quality, airworthiness and customer's interest. We aim to build a more fitting model and a more proper, efficient and advanced scheduling plan, which help guarantee the mass production of qualified and prompt products in aircraft final assembly.This paper begins with scheduling method, analyzing each constraint in aircraft final assembly and determining the priority principle between resource constraints combining with the practical situation of production site. At last, the modeling and design of the heuristic algorithm and programming implementation are made based on the priority principle, to accomplish suitable man-machine interface.In the end, the effectiveness and practicability of the algorithm are verified by initial value set and priority principle import, with increasing or decreasing of operation task and artificial adjustment test.
