Along with the performance of Shanghai power grids and the requirements ofimproving the quality of electric power supply, power grid needs power plants toimprove their fast responding ability of unit load. This requires power plants tooptimization their coordinated control system.This paper takes Shanghai Wujing No2power plant`s two600MW subcriticalpressure power units as an example to build the main technical parameter model.Through a large number of experimental studies, we improved fuel control logic, airsupply control logic, turbine load control logic and control module. It can keep theunit stable as well as improving the unit load response rate. Through the aboveoptimization, we not only passed Shanghai Power Co's test but also satisfied therequirements of unit load response speed rate.
