Analysis of microlens array in the infrared target simulator for individual alignment errors on the coupling efficiency, compile a custom optimization evaluation function, by the use of macros of optical design software zemax and use it carried out micro-lens array alignment simulation.2. Analysis of the equipment transfer error of light source position and not coaxial system in infrared target simulator.
