In modern naval warfare, the emergence of new guidance theory for the torpedo hit targets accurately provides a solution. In order to make the torpedo achieve higher precision and stronger anti-jamming ability, new theory need to be taken to improve the torpedo's guidance methods. In this thesis the traditional guidance methods and new control methods are used to study the combined homing guidance for the torpedo weapons. The works are mainly concerned as follows:Firstly, the torpedo's kinematics equations are established in the ground coordinate system, then analyzed the process of the torpedo's wire-guided method and summarized several common wire-guided methods and its using conditions. In the foundation of detailed algorithm of the current bearing alignment and pre-point lead, one combined wire-guided method of switching guidance method with the range of the distance is designed.Secondly, the relative motion equation between torpedo and target is set up. Then the traditional methods of acoustic guidance principles and its characteristics are summarized. For the bad capability of an improved proportional navigation not to adapt the target's maneuver, fuzzy control is discussed to be used to improve the situation. In the foundation of detailed discussed the composition of fuzzy controller and its design method, one fuzzy mid-course guidance law based on T-S model is designed.Thirdly, the reaching condition and invariance of variable structure control is detailed studied, and discussed the causes of chattering and its weaken methods. According to the target maneuvering sharply in the terminal time, two variable structure guidance laws are designed based on reaching law method. One is based on the change of sight angle rate, the other one is based on terminal impact angle constraint. The reaching condition of guidance law is proved by Lyapunov stability principle.Finally, the influence factors of the choosing torpedo's guidance and three sections of guidance characteristics are discussed and simultaneity the hand-off law is studied among different trajectory. Then simulation is respectively used to three guidance sections and whole range of combined homing guidance. The selection guidance laws are compared to be proved feasible and validate by using simulation curve, encounter-time and miss-distance.
