Traction motor drive control technology is one of the key technologies in the hybrid and pure electric vehicles, and the maximum efficiency of operation is an important research topic in this field. The maximum efficiency control technology for electric vehicle traction interior permanent magnet synchronous motor can reduce the maximum energy consumption of the electric vehicles system - motor drive system of energy consumption, longer battery life, increase the maximum single voyage electric car mileage.It has positive significance to accelerate the electric automotive products and marketing.It's in line with people's expectations of building a conservation-oriented society.This paper describes the electric motor to maximize the potential of the three-stage motor control technology, the permanent magnet synchronous motor loss model based method to minimize the maximum loss of electrical efficiency of a theoretical analysis of control technology, completed a built-in electric vehicle traction MATLAB model of permanent magnet synchronous motor and current trajectory, curve drawing, and were tested for the control system design provides a theoretical basis and guidance.Secondly, based on TMS320F2808 the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor control system for maximum efficiency in hardware and software is designed. According to the system's performance requirements for the relevant components of the selection, detailed design of the detection circuit; Showing the main structure of the software control system and main program flow, elaborated on speed, direct axis current, cross-axis current software adjustment process to solve the overflow position rotary encoder.Finally, calculate and analyze the efficiency of IPMSM, contour mapping of the motor efficiency, and control of the motor efficiency test compared with the theoretical values, confirmed. Experiments show that the result of efficiency from theory and test distribution trend similar results can guide the actual situation.
