So far, there have been a large amount of researches about the creep and shrinkage of concrete. But the past researches have the following shortcomings. First, the prediction models are basically deduced from theoretical analysis and experimental data of columns. Secondly, the researches on the creep and shrinkage of concrete focuses on the compositions of concrete. Thirdly, due to the restriction of the condition of experiments, generally the experiments often use the small size components for a short period of time and the experimental studies rarely refer to the large size 2d and 3d components for a long time. Finally, the most prediction models do not consider the influence of the rebar which will restrict the creep and shrinkage of concrete. According to the above content, this paper includes three sections.First of all, the experiment of shear wall is done. The datas of the creep and shrinkage for a long time are measured. According to the experimental datas, we can find the characteristics of the creep and shrinkage of the concrete shear wall. Strain-gauge transducers are fixed to measure the datas of the creep and shrinkage of the shear wall. Though the data of the creep and shrinkage, some characters are found. The characters of shrinkage in two directions are almost same and external shrinkage and creep are larger than internal shrinkage and creep.Secondly, the concrete shear wall and concrete shear wall structure are calculated by using finite element software. The shear wall and shear wall structure are calculated by using the actual measurement data and compare with the forecast models to find the different changes of strain and stress. By comparing the results of the different models, the actual measurement datas have a certain disparity with the models. But it has the minimum disparity with the model of ACI.Then, using plane hypothesis and the balance of axial force and moment, the equations of the equivalent coefficient of the rebar are derived. By using the fintie software, we calculate the result to find the influences of rebar. Through the analysis, reinforced can restrict the development of the creep, reduce the displacement of the whole structure and reduce the internal force transferring among .different members.
