The current market share of commercial aircraft dominated by the company's monopoly of Boeing and Airbus, However, with the continuous improvement of China's economic strength, independent research and development projects of large airliner almost certain. In the research of the various aircrafts which have put into market, in order for human life demands and requirements of energy saving, study of the cabin air environment optimization has become a major research direction with ongoing research updates.This paper wanted to meet human comfort as a prerequisite, through the supply and exhaust system's velocity and pressure boundary settings, the temperature boundary heat setting of passengers as heat load, so as to make the aircraft cabin with a ideal air velocity, temperature and pressure range for the normal activities of the human body. Firstly, this paper introduced the air distribution in aircraft cabin. After analyzing the flow characteristics of air, this paper solved the the initial basic theory of computational fluid dynamics problems, such as mathematical model, simulation, control equation, etc. This paper was mainly based on Boeing 737 cabin's internal dimensions to simulate the environment in the aircraft cabin. This paper was in the Pro / Engineer software platform for modeling, and put it with STEP format to import Gambit for mesh and setting the boundary conditions.Afterwards, this paper used the CFD principle of FLUENT to calculate. It involved the air flow which comed from forced ventilation in the aircraft cabin. The forced ventilation was formed under the influence of only the inelt aspirated. It also involved the air flow which comed from thermal convection. The thermal convection was formed under the influence of both body heat and forced ventilation in the aircraft cabin. In this paper, we just analyzed the cabin's air flow velocity, temperature and pressure field distribution in both cases. At last, this study made air in the aircraft cabin meet human body's normal activities and comfort requirements in it.Finally, this paper used experiment to measure passengers' body temperature as boundary conditions of thermal load. The experiment was operated in a confined space like the aircraft cabin. The acquisition of temperature made use of Virtual Instrument Test Technology that based on Labwindows Software.
