The research of aircraft cabins internal air component field was an importantresearch direction in the aircraft cabins interior environmental technology. Existingdomestic researches in this direction were still in the primary stage. In the contextof Chinese large passenger aircrafts project, in order to promote the development ofaircraft cabins interior environmental technology for Chinese large passengeraircrafts project, this paper studies the propagation mechanism and improvementsof CO2pollution in the aircraft cabins, and theoretically analysis and design acomfortable and healthy aircraft cabins environment, which greatly reduced CO2pollution in the aircraft cabins.By analyzing the actual physical model of the aircraft cabins, the paperestablished a three-dimensional geometric model under reasonable simplification,and generated a mesh model which was given the boundary condition. Moreover, onthe basic of elaborating the meaning and difference of conditions of Forced flowand mixed flow, the paper listed the corresponding hydrodynamic equations. Finally,the paper calculated and contrastively analyzed the flow field of forced flow andmixed flow.This paper established the grid model of passengers’ normal breathing underthe condition of forced flow in cabin, and studied different control effects of CO2pollution spread of the supply system with different configurations in the aircraftcabins using the method of numerical simulation. This paper also studied therelationship between the CO2concentration within the selected point value andconfiguration variables of Supply system, and the paper improved passengersbreathe the cabin area CO2pollution through the adjustment of the numerical valueof variablesThis paper used instantaneous high-speed gas released by expiratory mouth indifferent positions to simulate passengers’ sneezing. By analyzing the changes ofselected point of CO2concentration over time to study the propagation mechanismof CO2pollution in the different positions of passengers’ sneezing, and finallyproposed improvement measures of CO2pollution On the basic of initializing and zero calibration of AZ77535carbon dioxidedetector, this paper measured the CO2pollution in the actual aircraft cabins,themeasurement conditions including Day and night, open and close the window, thefull cabin and empty cabin, different flight status and the functional conditions ofair inlets fixed on luggage racks. By analyzing the CO2concentration in the aircraftcabins with the changes under different conditions, this paper also studied thepropagation mechanism of the CO2pollution in the aircraft cabins and itsimprovements. |
