Electricity power, as the driving force of development of human society, plays more and more important role in human's live .micro-power station is commonly used in many special occasions, such as the place where the electrical power is not able to transmission. Micro-power station mainly consist of the start generators, gas turbine and power generation equipments. This topic, that originated from Harbin Institute of Technology - Aerospace Science and Technology Joint Technology Center cooperation projects, has great market value. The main content includes structure and lubrication design and analysis of rotor-bearing system by simulation and experiment.According to the structure and oil-gas lubrication of the rotor-bearing system, the arrangement and loading way of bearing and the coupling was determined based on the design requirements of permanent magnet motor rotor and its operating characteristics. The structure parameters and preload of bearings are designed and optimized by using the software of Bearing-Analysis. The coupling structure and the minimum magnitude of interference are designed according to the experiments condition.According to the relationship between power consumption and the parameters of bearing, thermal and temperature distribution are calculated though ANSYS. Mainly considering bearing material, guidance method, and groove curvature coefficients, contact angle, bearing speed, axial radial load of bearing. According to distribution of thermal and temperature, the angular contact ceramic ball bearing is designed and manufactured based on the result of thermal and temperature distribution.The appropriate way of lubrication and cooling is vital for high-speed rolling bearing. Oil-gas lubrication can be effectively used in bearings in high speed generation, and it can simplify the structure of rotor bearing system. The distribution of liquid and temperature field, including pressure ,velocity distribution and so on in bearing chamber can be calculated by FLUENT based on oil-gas lubrication method, Comparing the results in different boundary conditions. The reasonable lubrication parameters can be got.Finally, the experiment was designed in two different operation conditions: 63000r/min for single generator rotation and 33000r/min for double reversal rotation.
