With the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry,the emergence of high speed system such as high speed train,high speed cutting,electric spindle,high speed bearing and continuously improvement of manufacturing processes have put forward new and higher requirements for lubrication system.The traditional lubrication methods including splash feed lubrication,drip-feed lubrication,grease lubrication are excessive lubrication,which could increase friction and pressure leading to raise temperature inside the bearing,accelerate wear,shot the service life.Oil mist lubrication system is a proven technology for the lubrication of the high rotating equipment,but it will cause environmental pollution.For high-speed conditions,oil-air lubrication is the most appropriate choice.Oil air lubrication system provides numerous advantages,such as low oil supply,long service life,improved health and safety and pollution free,over the oil mist and other oil based lubrication techniques.In this study,equipment for measuring the oil supply fluctuation and equipment for high-speed ball bearings with oil-air lubrication systems were introduced.The temperature rise of high speed ball bearings using different oil have been investigated.In addition,a series of experiments were carried out to study the performance of a Guide-type nozzle.The main work carried out includes:(1)Four oil distributor counter with different structures were designed.It solves the problems of oil leak,seizing up and wear caused by the design of the dynamic seal of the traditional counter,and improves the stability of the oil air lubrication system.The static seal design of the counter improves the counting accuracy,sealing performance and service life.(2)A series experiments was finished in order to study the effect of heat with different oil using high speed ball bearing testing bench.In the test,the temperature rise of the bearing outer ring is taken as the standard to compare the lubrication effect,and the optimum oil supply is given according to the results.(3)An equipment for measurement of the oil supply fluctuation and an equipmentfor measurement of the oil distribution were developed.The effect on the temperature rise of oil size,oil distribution and oil supply fluctuation was investigated.In addition,the differences between the two types of nozzles were compared.It is proved that the guide type nozzle has the characteristics of continuous oil injection,concentrated oil injection and refined oil droplets.(4)Two phases flow patterns were established using ANSYS Fluent in order to study the jet flushing style of the nozzle.The influence of the guide brush parameters on the injection state was studied,which provides a reference for the improvement and optimization of the nozzle structure.
