| The rapid developments of science and technology, undoubtedly, as one of the main causes, promote new product development processes in the markets. Simultaneously, owing to consumer demand and market competition, it costs enterprises more energy and money to extend product lifecycle as long as possible. This is because enterprises will decline as products lose the competitiveness. Then, experts and scholars start with the research on product innovation and conceptual design in order to gain more market share. Especially, as the primary stage of product scheme generation, conceptual design plays a crucial role in the downstream detailed design processes. Combining with bond graph port knowledge, some discussions on product scheme generation in conceptual design are conducted as follow.Firstly, this paper introduces the related theories of conceptual design. Currently, conceptual design has been a hot topic of engineering design field research. Therefore, mastering the theories, methods, advantages and disadvantages of conceptual design will lay the foundations for the future development directions of conceptual design formalization.Secondly, combining with basic knowledge, product conceptual design process modeling based on bond graph needs analyzing and researching. And integrating natural language into framework knowledge, it is necessary to establish the knowledge base about bond graph and port ontology. Then, hierarchical model can be set up.At the same time, using bond graph, genetic algorithm and Agent technology, we want to gain the programs to realize attribute transformations of matrix and establish function family. In doing so, multiple design schemes will be generated.Due to Agent technology has reasoning and cooperation abilities, it is a significant research for generating, identifying and selecting design process intellectively.Finally, according to the case in this paper, we will test the feasibility of the theory. The structure and operating principle of hydraulic jig device will be analyzed emphatically. Through establishing its bond graph modeling and determining its parameters, the dynamic analysis and simulation can be carried out. |
