With the development of power, switching power supply permeate all aspects of the industry and become a very active area. It born out of new technologies, such as soft switches. Conventional converter switch work in hard switching model. It has big loss , low frequency .The loss of switch is increasing by the switching frequency .But PWM soft-switching technology make the high frequency possibilities. Especially in the high-power converters, phase-shifted full-bridge soft switching PWM converter is attentioned widelyAfter the current soft-switching ZVS, ZCS soft-switching become a new hot spot. The paper analysis a passive phase-shift full-bridge ZVZCS DC / DC converter topology with a secondary clamp circuit .The passive clamp circuit consists of a clamp capacitor and diodes. The topology can achieve zero-current switching bridge behind the wall, make the use of IGBT possibilities. Secondary rectifier voltage clamped by the capacitor voltage to avoid the peak voltage. Firstly, the paper analysis modal of their work and the circuit characteristics, the loss of key parameters. Then it design the main circuit parameter based on engineering applications and use PSPICE simulation software to analyze the main circuit to verify the superior point. This paper model the circuit and Converter is analyzed in frequency domain simulation . The establishment of open-loop transfer function of the converter is analyzed by frequency domain. Based on UC3879 control circuit, it design a dual loop regulator ,driving and protection circuit and auxiliary power converter. Finally the paper verify the better of the step response and disturbance characteristic through the closed-loop system simulation .
