In most of time, cooling load of the building only achieves between 50% and 70% of the design load. Therefore, the transformation of air conditioning systems in buildings is concentrated on chilled water pumps. However, the measurement and verification method of energy-saving in chilled water pumps is lacked. So the method what energy consumption before the transformation subtracts the energy consumption after the transformation is adopted unreasonably by energy service companies. These often cause disputes.In this paper, it studies on the measurement and verification methods of chilled water pump's energy-saving for purpose. And the main contents are as follows:①Because of the transformation of pumps, the change of frozen water pumps'and chilled water system's working conditions are studied.②According to the running mechanism of chilled water pumps, terminals and chillers, what it brings to them because the variation of the chilled water is studied.③According the different control strategies of cooling water system, water chillers, chilled water pumps and ends, the energy working conditions is divided. In different conditions, what the energy efficiency test and determination of chilled water pumps and chillers is analyzed and judged. And the basic conditions of energy-saving assessment can be obtained after that energy saving.④Researched methods of accessing different load rate. Listing focus of the four different methods of load distribution, the applicability of the various methods can be concluded.⑤Through the study above points by step, measurement and verification methods of chilled water pumps'energy-saving is obtained. The process of energy-saving measurement and verification is summarized.⑥Taking one building through transformation of chilled water pumps for example, illustrate the feasibility and rationality of the proposed method.To sum up the above, the transformation of chilled water pumps is common in China. The purpose of this research is to solve chaos of energy saving transformation project, because of the lack of measurement and verification methods of chilled water pump's energy-saving. At the same time, this paper also hopes to begin with of chilled water pump's energy-saving, measurement and verification methods expanding to other reform measures of the entire air conditioning system and buildings, perfecting the blank in measurement and verification methods of buildings'energy-saving transformation in our county.
