| In recent years,public buildings have sprung up in cities,thus the number of highenergy-consumption buildings have also increased year by year,so the energy-saving renovation of buildings becomes particularly important.The central air-conditioning system accounts for a relatively large amount of energy consumption of buildings,especially for the hospital buildings due to their large scale and multi-function,which makes it necessary to carry out energy-saving transformation.This research focused on the energy-saving renovation of the people’s hospital in Hunan Province.The central air conditioning system was tested to address the problems of high energy consumption and that the temperature of the supply water could not meet the requirement.Based on thorough knowledge of the composition of the air conditioning system,it has been comprehensively tested based on a plan.The operation state of the system was learned and some problems were detected,such as the low operating efficiency of water chillers and frozen water pump,the failure of automatic control system of central air-conditioning and unreasonable phenomena in system operation: failure of electric valve of chilled water pipe and fresh air system in rooms with terminals,etc.On the basis of data detection,the reasons of low operating efficiency of chiller and refrigerating pump are analyzed in detail,such as insufficient flow rate of chilled water and poor heat transfer effect of condenser,resulting in low efficiency of chiller.For the problems existing in the operation of the system,the corresponding solutions are proposed.In addition,the automatic control system of the central air-conditioning is optimized,and the energy-saving operation plan of the central air-conditioning is finally obtained.In addition to the reform of the central air-conditioning system,the heating supply and return water temperature of the heat pump unit is optimized.As the most important equipment in the central air-conditioning system,the operation efficiency of the heat pump unit directly affects the energy saving effect of the whole system,and the temperature of the heating supply and return water,as an important parameter in its operation,plays an important role in the operation efficiency of the heat pump unit and the whole system.In this paper,the compound method is used to optimize the heating supply and it is found that 47.5℃/42.5℃ is a more energy-saving temperature setting value for the system. |
