Since the 20th century, energy has become the dominant factors affecting human development. Because the wind power belongs to renewable energy, vigorously developing wind business will has important significance to the sustainable development of our national economy. It is one of the most significant ways to develop small stand-alone wind power systems in order to solve the electric-power shortage problem in remote areas.On the basis of analyzing the meaning, principles, components and hot topics of small stand-alone wind power system, this paper introduces the detailed idea and method of how to design 1 kW small stand-alone wind power system. Finally, the experiment shows the method has a good effect and practicability. The main work in this paper includes:(1) Analyzed the principles and components of wind power system, made clear the assignment of my research, offered the idea and way of how to design the system.(2) Through analysis of conventional charging method of lead acid battery, this paper indicates the feasibility of the BUCK method through voltage/current double close-loop control.(3) Through analysis of conventional boost DC-DC circuits, thesis points out the rationality of Push-Pull Converter, and the design theory and method of hardware and software are also given in detail in this paper.(4) We adopts the latest microcomputer TMS320F28027 as controlling chip, designs the hardware of this electrical energy transform device, completes the control of the voltage/current double close-loop BUCK method, the Push-Pull Converter and the double-pole SPWM inverter circuit, achieves the energy management of the system.Finally, the effectiveness of the design is validated by test results, and this system can meet needs of the users.
