Along with the development of economy and the increasing processes of population, people demand for energy increased, but there is limited with coal, petroleum-based conventional energy sources, which Polluted and Damaged to the natural environment. Wind energy is a clean, rich and renewable energy; it isn't needed to exploit and transport. Therefore, the development and utilization of wind resources, the research of wind power technology, which have an important social and economic benefit.In this paper, stand-alone wind power generation system is studied as mainly subject. By analyzing the composition and structure of the permanent magnet direct drive wind power generation system and its operating characteristics, and identified.the distribution relationship of the energy transfer in the wind power system, meanwhile, In order to obtain a stable alternating current energy, based on the analysis of stand-alone wind power generation system basic structure actuality. circuit of DC/DC voltage conversion is used in electricity-transformation main circuit system.Studied the choice of topology and the Control Strategy of DC boost and inverter circuit in electricity-transformation, then Designing the Choice of circuit parameters.By using the simulation software MatLab/Simulink, modeling and simulating the designed DC boost transform circuit and single-phase full-bridge inverter circuit. The simulation results obtained stable power as output which controlled by SPWM, and verify the correctness of structure selection and the way of Control Strategy in power-conversion circuits.Using the latest 32-bit fixed-point DSP chip TMS320F2812 as main controller, Designed Control program of electricity-transformation Device and designed external ADC acquisition system circuit of digital controller in Wind Power Generation System, meanwhile designed the sampling circuit, the driven and protection circuit of electric signal in electricity-transformation circuit. The digital control system which designed by this paper achieved the demand and the function of the target for wind power generation system.
