SOFC have the advantages of high energy conversion, zero pollution and zero noise, and is a kind of perfect alternative energy. In the application of SOFC, in order to keep it in a safe and high efficient running state, its working temperature plays a key role, so it is necessary to design a reasonable and efficient thermal management system to control it. The design for SOFC thermal management system need to think about a lot of elements including the design for process structures, the design for control strategy and the realization of the control strategy, and in this paper they will be discussed to complete the design for SOFC thermal management system. The main work of this thesis are as follows: firstly, analyzing SOFC thermal management system carefully from the process structures aspect, then based on the experimental data, adopting T-S fuzzy model created method to create the mathematical model of SOFC thermal management system; secendly, based on the mathematical model adopting PI control strategy and cascade PI control strategy to control the working temperatrue of SOFC respectively, finding that cascade PI control strategy has better control effect; thirdly, using rapid control prototyping method of XPC to convert the control strategy of the former into real-time control code of the XPC platform to verify that the control strategy are effective; finally, in order to improve the integration of the system to product level, a trasition from XPC to MPC555 is needed, then the transplant of UCOS real-time operating system based on the MPC555 is accomplished.
