Because of the shortage of traditional energy and the deterioration of environment,people have to find a kind of green energy to replace traditional energy. Solid oxide fuelcell (SOFC) is known as one kind of efficient, economical and green energy in the futurebecause of its high efficiency, zero pollution and no noisy. In addition to the improvementsof the inernal stack materials, structure and effective management system, thedevelopment of a monitoring system and fault diagnose module is also important to makesure the SOFC works well. When the SOFC systems used in home building, power plantsand other occasions, due to the use of methane or hydrogen gases, the security problem isparticularly prominent. In order to realize real-time monitoring of various SOFC workingconditions and discover failure part, we designed a SOFC system monitoring and faultdiagnosis system.In this thesis, a monitoring and fault diagnosis system is carried out for the SOFCfuel cell systems. The major work includes the following: First, this thesis introduces aSOFC fuel cell system composition and structure and improves the fuel cell thermalmanagement system based on XPC platform; then based on our system, the remotemonitoring system is designed.PLC is used to collect data. A terminal monitor PC is usedto communicate with the PLC; then the data is sent to the remote monitor PC through thezigbee wireless module. At last the monitoring system was tested using the XPCsimulation platform; finally, this thesis researches SOFC fuel cell fault diagnosis algorithmand studies the principles of the T-S algorithm. The fault diagnosis model based on the TSfuzzy algorithm is established and gets a good result.Software and hardware system of the SOFC system is completed in this paper. Asuitable fault diagnosis algorithm is selected an tested in practice. The result of the systemis good.
