With the lack of world primary energy, countries are looking for renewable energy sources in order to improve energy structure, ensure energy security, protecte environmental and achieving sustainable economic and social development. Solar power, wind power and biomass power generation are most widely used among the renewable energy sources. Meanwhile the energy reclaiming power conversion device based on PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) technology play a significant role. This paper focuses on the research and design of Energy Feed-back three-phase PWM rectifier.In this paper, the mathematical model of the three-phase coordinate system, stationary coordinate system and the rotating coordinate system is established based on the main circuit structure of the three-phase energy feed-back PWM rectifier through reading a lot of related literature. At the same time this paper achieves the purpose of decoupling double synchronous reference and unit power factor controlling.This paper presents a detailed description and derivation of the key technologies of the three-phase energy feed-back PWM rectifier based on the mathematical model. Such as the design of voltage loop and current loop, three-phase grid voltage synchronization technology, synchronization without AC voltage sensors, causes and solutions of inrush current, integration initial value problems. Meanwhile this paper presents the design principles and corresponding formula of DC bus voltage selection, DC capacitor, the AC side inductor.This paper constructed the simulation platforms based on Saber Designer software and completes the basic PWM rectifier control, three-phase grid voltage synchronization technology, synchronization without AC voltage sensors and inrush current reducing experiments on it. Through the analysis of the experiments, this paper verifies the above-mentioned theory and lay a solid theoretical foundation for future physical experiments.
