With the continues progress of modern science and technology,some equipment become qualified finished the need for essential load test with different properties to display their load characteristics after whether meet the requirements.And aiming at the deficiency of traditional load test,this paper studies the electronic load is a kind of the power electronic technology and intelligent power switch tube and the combination of DSP control chip power electronic device.Using the PWM rectifier can realize four quadrant operation features,to control the rectifier side flexible resistance capacity,resistance between perceptual and pure resistance,real-time,step-less,a wide range of adjustment.Optimization for energy saving,compared with the traditional test load,because the study design is used in AC-DC-AC "back-to-back" structure.At the rear end of the electronic load,the DC side of electricity through the way back to the grid side of the converter,truly achieve the secondary utilization of energy.At the same time greatly reduced due to the heating effect of the current hot issues.This article first from the topology structure is analyzed,from the comparison of voltage and current voltage type topology structure as the research object of this article.In order to facilitate understanding,equivalent simplification of PWM converter model,combined with vector method and Kirchhoff Voltage Law to analyze the working principle of four quadrant operation verification.For selection and application of the control strategy of the premise condition is to establish its mathematical model and feed-forward decoupling algorithm need active and reactive current,active,reactive voltage,such as information,and SPLL can normal phase-locking and establishing the mathematical model and the precondition of the information they need to get all feed-forward decoupling method based on coordinate transform,so the coordinate transformation as the logical starting point of the third chapter,the fourth chapter in this paper made detailed analysis of its derivation.In the fifth chapter of the selection of the design of hardware and software design of the whole idea.In the sixth chapter use a simulation platform for the overall design scheme is verified,in the control subsystem of power factor Angle,this paper proposes a use of active and reactive current amplitude relationship with trigonometric function,the method of combining simulation to build flexible,accurate control of the power factor and harmonic minor.By running the results reflected the feasibility of the overall design.
