Since the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" proposed a rigid binding targets to reduce energy consumption,the energy saving work has become the center of national economic and social life of work,and the power industry as the provision of clean energy companies and also A large family of consumption can is carrying major social responsibility an integral and arduous task.Energy generation scheduling is a reliable supply of electricity in the protection of the premise,according to energy,economic principles,priority scheduling of renewable generation resources,according to the unit energy consumption and pollutant emission levels from low to high order,followed by calls fossil power generation resources,minimize energy and resource consumption and pollutant emissions.This paper first the basic situation of China's current power market are analyzed, and implemented with the current national energy-saving power generation scheduling,consideration of the power industry save energy and electricity prices on the task of economic growth,built on energy, economic,and environmental development of the power structure optimization model. In this paper,results are as follows:(1) Under the policy of Build Large Shut Down Small ,this paper proposed a model for unit committee considering the generation right exchange. In this model, the objective function is that the power purchase cost is minimum and the constraint conditions are a stable system.(2) This paper studies various effects of wind power integration on the power grid and lays emphasis on the effects of wind power integration on the ancillary service of Shanghai Grid.(3) Proposes a stochastic dispatch model considering the randomness of wind power integration which can control the risk of wind power integration while minimizing the generation cost. Simulates and calculates the example of Shanghai Grid under different capacity scenarios based on the dispatch model.
