Study On The Potential Of Save-energy Of Public Buildings In Nanning

Energy issue is a very important issue in Chinese 11th 5-year-plan. With the improving the industrialization and citify in Guangxi, the social consumption is increased quickly, we can only provide the 1/4 energy by ourselves in Guangxi, so it is a imminence and hard work to save energy. Building energy consumption, which accounts for 20% of energy consumption of the whole society and still increasing steady annually, becomes a very hot topic. Nanning is the crossing of multi-region co-operation. Recently, with the rapidly development of regional economy, the construction was increasing quickly, so is the social and the city public building energy consuming, but we don't have a roundly and impersonally realization to the status of building consuming, and the basic data and resource about the consuming. So it is important to survey the status of public building consuming in Nanning, analyze and evaluate the potential of Save-energy.The paper instructed the common survey and typical survey to energy consuming status for the public buildings in Nanning, including the buildings in municipality. According to the survey data, the energy consumption of current situation of buildings in Nanning was performed. In summary, the following work was carried out: (1) Compare the statistic data in common survey, and analyze the energy consumption status and characteristic from the distributed states, the year of built, the form of structure, the scale of building and the developing of public building in Nanning. (2) More analyze on the energy consummation in the public building, with the typical survey, focused on the government building, office building, market building, hotel building, explained the existed problems and gave the potential of energy saving, present the advices about the energy saving. (3) Diagnosed for energy efficiency to one school campus, tested the HVAC and the status of street lamp system, analyzed the potential of energy saving, present the processes of energy saving alteration, expound the economic and social benefit of energy saving.
