The Water Supply Project in Kat Blau New City mainly includes four parts: water intake project, water delivery project, water treatment project and water distribution project.According to the prediction on water supply, the design scale of the Water Supply Project in Kat Blau New City is confirmed to be 4.0×104m3/d. The recent scale is confirmed to be 2.0×104m3/d, the medium scale is confirmed to be 4.0×104m3/d, the forward scale is confirmed to be 4.0×104m3/d.Villa River is the largest river in Equatorial Guinea, it flows through the hinterland of mainland Equatorial Guinea from east to west, its has the planty of water, the stability of flow, the gently of flow, it is the only river can be used as the raw water. Lots of investigation and analysis on the Villa River quantity and level assurance rate are made in this paper. Inflow pump station uses riverside intake pump + gravity pipe. The project adopts submersible pump after analysis.Water treatment plant can provide the process that has high safety of water quality and fit local production-management level, namely the process of mechanical mixing, grid flocculating, horizontal flow sedimentation, V filter, ozone-biological activated carbon process, sludge treatment.Considering safety and economy requirements, geology and construction environment, the project adopts steel pipe, ductile iron pipe and PE pipe. Based on comparison between different delivery & distribution pipe schemes and principle of water supplying pipe line, the decision on pipe directione and the pipe diameter by flow is affirmed.
