In view of the poor raw water quality,the increase of new micro organic pollutants and the problems of upstream aquaculture and enterprise sewage in a surface water plant in Xuzhou,the factory water after the conventional treatment process of the water plant can not reach the standard stably.In order to meet the growing demand of people,the water plant proposes the full coverage of advanced treatment and reaches the standard of direct drinking water,so it needs to adopt advanced treatment process?Combined with the actual working conditions of a surface water plant in Xuzhou,the paper carried out a pilot test of advanced treatment of ozone biological activated carbon.The test results have important reference value for the advanced treatment of drinking water in Xuzhou surface water plant and the whole northern Jiangsu area,and for the protection of drinking water quality safety.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The conventional treatment process to the later enhanced coagulation process can not meet the standard of oxygen consumption,and in the case of high bromine ion,can not guarantee the standard of disinfection by-products;the conventional treatment process can not meet the requirements of Liuwan water plant for the factory water;2.GAC process has a good removal effect on turbidity and ammonia nitrogen,but for cryptosporidiosis and Giardia(The removal ability of"two pests"is poor;the removal effect of organic matter is obvious,but the removal rate decreases significantly with the extension of time.Finally,it is close to the national standard line,and GAC process is not enough to ensure the stability of effluent oxygen consumption.3.Ozone biological activated carbon treatment process can meet the requirements of turbidity,oxygen consumption,ammonia nitrogen,disinfection by-products and other water quality indicators,and can effectively inhibit the existence of"two pests";after the advanced treatment,it can ensure the long-term stability of the factory water to meet the requirements of the national sanitary standard for drinking water?GB5749-2006?.4.Through the data accumulation of Chinese experiment,the best operation condition of ozone biological activated carbon is obtained:the best back flushing condition is:air flushing for 4min,strength of 4L/?m2·s?+air-water mixed flushing for 4min,air flushing strength of 4L/?m2·s?,water flushing strength of 6L/?m2·s?+water flushing for 6min,strength of 8L/?m2·s?.5.As the bromine ion content in the raw water of the water plant is as high as200?g/L or above,there is a certain risk of exceeding the standard of bromate in the application of ozone biological activated carbon process.Therefore,it is necessary to take reasonable control methods:When the bromine ion in the raw water increases,the ozone dosage should be reduced in the operation of the water plant.By reducing the ozone dosage,the formation of bromate can be effectively inhibited.When the ozone biological activated carbon is applied,the contact time with the carbon layer can be appropriately prolonged,and the better control effect of bromate can be obtained.The normal contact time over 8 minutes can achieve an ideal inhibition effect When the concentration of bromine ion in the raw water is about 200?g/L,the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the water is about 0.4mg/l,and the concentration of bromate in the effluent is about 4?g/L.When the concentration of bromine ion in the influent increased to 300?g/L,the concentration of bromate in the effluent increased,but it was still within the allowable range.H2O2/O3 deep oxidation process:the pilot test results show that when[H2O2]/[O3]=0.5,the bromine ion of filtered water is 200?g/L,with the best inhibition effect,which can ensure that the carbon column effluent does not contain bromine.There are 65 figures,13 tables and 105 references in this paper.
