This dissertation is focused on landing points of blowing agent and bubblemovement, a series of work has been carried out, which contains ocean wavemodeling, response of ship roll motion and pitch motion in wave, analysis on landingpoints of blowing agent, bubble movement and coalescence and numerical wavegeneration. The following contributions have been made:According to the working characteristics of blowing agent, the random wavemodeling and the behavior and strength on ship are studied to get the law of variationof roll and pitch with time. The influences of ship roll and pitch on landing points areresearched. This method provides beneficial basis for launching time selecting of theblowing agent.The behaviors of bubble movement and coalescence are studied by applyinghydrodynamic software Fluent based on VOF method, the influences of centerdistance, arrangement pattern and relative position on bubble movement andcoalescence are investigated to get the law of bubble movement and coalescence.The simulation results show the dynamics of bubble movement and coalescence, arethe basis of the bubble curtain research.As for bubbles in wave, a new model is developed to calculate bubble movementbehavior by coupling of numerical wave function and bubble dynamics function.The simulation results show that the existence of dynamic pressure in wave changethe distribution of pressure around bubbles, helps bubbles in wave keep initial shapeand relative position in a longer time. This research can provide theoretical basis forresearch on performance of blowing agent.
