The rapid development of economy aggravates the needs of human for natural resources, but most of these natural resources are not renewable. Thus, in recent years, the development and utilization of renewable resources have also been paid more and more attention. The renewable resources, which are unstable, are greatly influenced by the surrounding environment. So it becomes a prominent problem, that how to use them reliably, stably in a power generation system.This paper focuses on the power generation system constituted by wave and solar energy. In this paper, the generation principle of solar cells is analyzed, as well as the maximum power point tracking control methods of photovoltaic power generation system. Considered the actual conditions, variable-step duty ratio perturbation method, which is applied to the model of PV power generation system, has been put forward. The mathematical model of the lead-acid battery, together with the methods of charging and discharging, is introduced. In addition, the characteristics of lead-acid batteries are studied using the method of constant charging and discharging. The mathematical models of every part in wave power generation system are researched, and, a method through using accumulator can for the stability of the power generation system output voltage has been put forward. At last, the control strategy of complementary energy management system and the establishment of the multiple energy complementary power generation system have been discussed.With MATLAB, the maximum power point tracking control method of PV power generation system, is simulated, together with the charging and discharging characteristic curves of lead-acid battery third-order dynamic equivalent model, the wave power system of voltage stabilization. Through the simulation results, the effectiveness of maximum power point tracking and voltage stabilization system can been proved.In this paper, various part of simulation waveforms and flow chart, are introduced, as well as the complementary experimental platform, and the operation of the system. The operation result is in good effect. And finally, what needs to be improved, is illustrated, as well as, the research orientation for the future.
