Coal is the most important mineral resources in the world. There are about70%used in thermal power plant. The current power plant coal doped with a large number of"three block" impurity. That Seriously affected the fuel conveying system and millingsystem operation safety and normal operation of power plant.Although the coal conveyingsystem are arranged in a variety of screening equipment, but the " three block" impurityremovaled is not ideal, so the removal of fuel coal in thermal power plant large pieces ofdebris is always an important issue.First there is a briefly introduces the development of screening machinery and severalpower plant`s screening machinery at present in this paper. Then it is drawn up thatstructure model of the rotaing deck screen for removaling the " three block ". Accordingto the screening theory combined with the specific project need there is a preedingmechanical structure design and calculation. Finally, the dynamic explicit finite elementanalysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to simulate on the screening structure of keyparts in different working conditions by large impact force. This analysis results will bethe guiding for design, production and operation. In this paper, a new screen is designed for thermal power plant" three block"problem, which provides a reliable solutions for coal screening and design of fire powerplant. At the same time it is a useful reference and experience to similar problems in otherengineering. And that indicate it is feasible that using explicit dynamic analysis method onthe equipment design.when the conditions allowing,it will can greatly improve thereliability of equipment design that finite element simulation results and field experimentwere effective combination.
