| This study mainly focus on the application of different throttling device in refrigerationsystem, including the capillary tube, thermostat expansion valve and the electricexpansion valve. During the investigation process of Kelon PepsiCo standard glass doorcooler and water chiller of Qingdao LG, besides to preparing various test way of data,information and circumstance, the main job is to do substantive analysis of the testresult, and finally improved the energy saving and stability level.During the researching period of Kelon Pepsi glass door cooler, in order to based on therequesting of experiment precision, we adopted the testing technological process tonational level. And approved the validity of the data on the equipment via a series ofcontrast test, put forward some adjustment scheme. The testing result approved severaladvantages of thermostat expansion valves from the perspective of the automaticcontrol of refrigeration systems, and analysed some advantages of capillary tube in afew of special operating condition objectively. Finally we put forward someoptimization scheme based on the testing result. In the experiment of water chiller ofQingdao LG, we contrasted the thermostat expansion valves and electric expansionvalves in the throttle characteristic, and settled the super heat wave problem on theopening process and minimized the super heat value, improved the stability and theenergy saving through adjusting the electric controller and logic parameters. |
