| With the development of the automotive industry and electronic technology, therequirements for driving safety and comfort are higher and higher. Because of thecomplicated conditions of road and environment, the traditional headlight systemhas exposed many problems, which may be a huge hidden danger of traffic safety.Improvement and innovation of traditional headlight system has become anincreasingly important research topic.This project aims to design a headlight control system, which can automaticallyadjust the headlight according to the tilt angle of the car body, the rotating angle ofthe steering wheel, and the outside light intensity. The function of the systemincludes headlight automatically adjusting of left-and-right, up-and-down, andautomatically switching, and time delay turning off. Besides, the system is inparallel with manual control, without impeding the driver to control the light bymanual.This paper first analyzes the technological status and development trend ofautomotive intelligent lighting control system of domestic and foreign, andintroduces the relevant legal basis. Then it elaborates the functional structure, andthe block diagram and the control algorithm. It selects CAN bus as the informationtransmission channel, by analyzing various field bus and the productionrequirements of the company. Besides, it designs each part of the hardware circuit,with LPC11C14as the core processor. It designs the main program and subprogramsand the CAN protocol of the system in the software part, which bringing about acomplete headlight control system. Finally, through debugging and testing on thevehicle bench, each function has a good effect, showing that the design scheme isfeasible and practical. |
