With the great development of the construction of railway, a large number of new railway lines and Dedicated Passenger Lines have been or will be put into operation, the level of informationization and modernization of railway are enhanced, the massive new technologies and equipments continue to put into application. However, the total number of maintenance people don't increased, in this premise, we should optimize the maintenance of equipments in existing high-speed railway, the maintenance units should take advantages of signals centralized monitoring, simulation platform of train control system and the train dynamic detection equipment, to implement the dynamic and static detection of train control system, to improve data analysis abilities and provide decision support for maintenance of equipment. Therefore, in this paper we proposes and completes ground maintenance of equipment decision support system for the high-speed railway train control system based on the data warehouse, this system provides a perfect knowledge reasoning and robust decision model, achieve the ideal decision support for maintenance of equipment.In this paper, we also study the ways of maintenance of signal equipment and information construction of the high-speed railway, in other countries which they have developed high-speed railway for many years; we analysis the problems of domestic construction of information systems for maintenance of signal equipment; we describes the object of system, combined decision support systems and data warehouse theory, used reliability and gray system theory, achieved the various functions of the system.Introduces the functions of the ground equipment and technical indexes of high-speed railway, analysis the usual maintenance of routine, content of centralized maintenance and staff arrangements. We analysis and designed the data warehouse and On-Line Analytical Processing, used the star model as logical model of the data storage model; establishes a comprehensive information data system to provide a perfect information query and rapid data collection, detailed basis of decision, to achieve the convenient and quickly management for maintenance of ground equipment in train control system of high-speed railway.Due to lacks of mathematical models and formulas of the maintenance of ground equipment in train control system of high-speed railway, the decision suffers influence from human factors are relatively great, so in this paper, we based on knowledge reasoning and knowledge of the gray system theory to resolve this problem. We analysis the various types of knowledge stored in signal knowledge basis, selected framework of expression method and representation expression method to designed the knowledge inference engine. We use the methods of fault tree to analysis the equipment failure models and the various factors lead to failure, established of security management model of the equipment; applied gray system theory, the improved GM (1,1) model, forecast the running state of current equipment; used gray relational analysis method to evaluate the operating states of current equipment, apply these two theories can build perfect decision model.Finally, the main results and conclusions of the thesis are summarized and the future word is prospected.
