With highway rapidly developed in china, more and more highway network tolling systems are building. It is very easy to get a mount of traffic data; however, it takes both time and efforts to deal with these data in the traditional way. Maybe, useful knowledge is concealed in these data. Data mining is to find valuable information from the vast amount of data. At present, data mining has been widely used in the business sphere, but hardly used during the traffic control system.This thesis discusses the highway network tolling system according to the environments of the Guan Shen corp and carried out an integrated analytical system, OLAP, data warehouse and data mining for tolling system under the .Net framework.This paper passes correctly the data excavate the study of treatment technology in advance of data in the system, and consult the domestic and international data and excavate the systematic study on pretreatment respect of the data, have summarized data the problem faced in process system development and development trend in advance, have designed a process system in advance of datum that can meet the need to a certain extent. It is unusually worth , remove the repeated record algorithm to compare interchangeably that what this text explains links the stipulations, assembles, filters, the data that can need planning before excavating the data carry on a certain degree and essential washing , conversion, have improved quality and efficiency that the data excavate to a certain extent.Regards the data warehouse and relevant technology as the starting point, this paper is devoted to researching the OLAP function for the "the highway network tolling system according to the environments of the Guan Shen Corp", and try to make the OLAP which is suitable for this system. Data Warehouse is the base of realizing decision support .The author realized the OLAP through two kinds of ways,namely statistical analysis and data mining .These two can be regarded as the stepwise deepening in decision support .The author used some advanced technology to realize statistical analysis, namely data fraction, building the data mark, and OLAP show. In the research of data author considered the need of road clerical work synthetically, selects some classification algorithms.Integrated application of Data Preprocessing, OLAP, Data Ware House and DM technique enabled the system to analyze mass off-line history data by multi point of view, as well as online real time data. System also analyses the collected data and shares the information by LAN for all level of managers to control, inquire and make more efficiency decisions. The system can help the manager layer of corporation to control and analyze and prediction related data more efficiency. This thesis is based on a real project and the tolling data is regarded as research object.It is proved that this system is a beneficial attempt to enhance the information of management through the examination of practical product. And the prospect and trend of these techniques is discussed at the end of this paper.
