The emergence of high-speed train and the improvement of speed, it makes vibration increase significantly while operating in the railway. The violent vibration of vehicle will not only damage vehicle structure but also wheel dynamic load changed and acceleration effect caused by random vibration make safety and comfort unsafe. So, controling the random vibration is a core technology about improving steadiness of high-speed train. In order to ensure the security of driving and improve the ride comfort, on the one hand, we can improve the quality of railway; on the other hand, we can also improve the capability of suspension system. However, it is difficult to rebuild some railways in our country. In the same time, it requires a lot of expenses. This method is not advisable. So, improving capability of trains by using the high efficiency suspensions is economical and effective, which is very beneficial to the trains project.Although at present there are some improvement based on passive structure in the research of vehicles suspension, the cost becomes reasonable, the system becomes reliable and enhances some function effectively, this is only limit to certain ranges and the effect is often washed-up beyond ranges. Meanwhile,passive suspension is difficult for high-speed train to adapt smoothness of operation.Therefore,in the research for suspension system of high-speed trains,we must be according to actual working condition, and can timely adjust damping, stiffness and plus force in the suspension system.so,it makes suspension system to be optimal or close to optimal on state of reducting vibration. Therefore, it has high theoretical value and important practical significance to research intelligent suspension of high-speed train.Based on the development trend,in this paper,through the analysis of passive suspension,active suspension and semi-active suspension, we summarize the advantages and disadvantages of each suspension and design intelligent suspension appling in high-speed train, in order to overcome flaws of suspension system.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) Through the analysis of human walking and reducting vibration,we use bionics principle of human legs and feet establish the bionics model. In combination with the human body walking speed and reducing vibration, we add controllable damping and plus forces into suspension system and gain the reducting vibration of intelligent suspension system. Simultaneously according to subsequent results,we verify the builted dynamic model.(2) A virtual model is established by the ADAMS/Rail, which takes the locomotive as the prototype, and the static, dynamic simulation are made by ADAMS/Rail. The lateral displacements, the accelerations of carbody and bogie, the displacements of the second suspension system, the lateral force of first wheelset-rail and the derailment coefficients are analyzed by the simulation. (3) A fuzzy set theory of the adaptive control suspension is established by using the MATLAB and the ADAMS/Rail. The simulation results show the intelligent suspension can improve dynamic performance,comparing with the passive suspension.The theory can reduce the bodywork acceleration,allay wheel load and steady the wave of suspension distortion. The final analysis results can be applied in high-speed train and improve the ride comfort and driving safety.
