Analyzing and researching on air suspension theory, this paper doesn't linearized the air spring, but put the non-linear air spring into model to calculate and simulate directly. Simulation result shows the later can represent real performance of vibration response. The vehicle riding test shows that correctness of theory analysis and the characteristic of science and creditability of computer simulation.Based on building the non-linear air suspension model, this paper use the General Fuzzy Control, the Self-adjusting Parameter Fuzzy Control and the Direct Self-adaptive Fuzzy Contrl on the air suspension system. The theory research and simulation analysis result shows that the General Fuzzy Controller can improve the riding of the non-linear air suspension ,but it has the localization characteristic for its subjectivity on fuzzy rules and fix quantity genes and the scale gene. The Self-adjusting Parameter Fuzzy Controller adjust the fix quantity genes and the scale gene at real time, so it can improve control ability. Because of the limited error area and the adding power modulus according to the experience ,it also has the localization characteristic. The Direct Self-adaptive Fuzzy Controller adjust the rule of fuzzy control according to the system import at real time, so it can restrict vehicle vibration efficiently and improve the riding. It is anideal control method.
