| With the establishment and improvement of national power market,the power system becomes more and more complicated.The increasing of non-linear loads such as the arc furnace,rectifier and etc, result in more and more serious pollution to the power grid. Static Synchronous Compensator can be used to stabilize the system voltage, improve the system imbalance and increase the load power factor.so, it is very important to measure the operational status and parameters of STATCOM accurately.First, the constitution and principle of the STATCOM hardware is introduced briefly, and the design and implementation method of the slave machine hardware is mainly expounded. the slave machine hardware is composed of DSP control circuit,voltage and current sampling circuit, synchronous signal detection circuit and serial communication interface circuit.Then,the design and implementation method of the software of monitor control system is represented in detail. the system software consists of slave machine and host computer software. slave machine software which takes the TMS320LF2407A DSP as the control core is programming using C language,and it mainly composed of reactive and harmonic current detection program based on ip-iq algorithm and serial communication program based on Modbus protocol. the host computer software,which is developed by use of LabVIEW8.2 platform, was composed of control interface,serial communication,data storage and data read module. it was a friendly human-machine interface, and is used for control parameters adjustment,the display of voltage and current waveform, the function implementation of system database, and so on.Finally, the monitoring system is tested, the experiment results show that the system can meet the most requirement of designation for the Static Synchronous Compensator monitor control system. |
