Research On M Series Motor Grader Cab Application Based On Ergonomics

With the construction machinery market growing prosperity and grader of the increasingly fierce market competition, the user is no longer satisfied merely with the use of basic functional requirements, while the driving convenience of operation, ease of use, comfort, humanity, etc. requirements are increasing.Foreign earlier apply ergonomics theory application in the grader cab design, development level is higher, the level is close to the automobile industry level; and the domestic in this area of research and application is still in the initial stage, in the design process it is less consciously and systematically application of ergonomics theory and methods.This article draws the automotive industry and foreign construction machinery industry on the application of mature ergonomics methods and theories commonly used in the cab man-machine interface researchtool for a targeted improvement to make it more suitable for graders and other construction mechanical , on the basis of the grader cab layout of the application of ergonomics research, and using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) theory was carried out as scientific and objective evaluation. Main contents are:(1) of this project, makes a deep analysis of the research situation;(2) the introduction of the body model, eyellipse, head profile envelope, reach envelope and other commonly used in ergonomics in the cab layout theory and methods, and to carry out the improvement face to motor grader;(3) research on the grader cab seats, vision, display and control device application of ergonomics; (4) research on the grader work space and the overall layout cab application of ergonomics;(5) introduced the method of AHP concept and theory, and applied the AHP method to the ground machine cab on layout analysis and evaluation.
