| Synchronous ways of motor grader is different according to the various driveforms at home and abroad. At present, synchronous problem of hydraulic transmissionmotor grader cannot be overcome radically by using the restrictive skid proof valve. Itis necessary to study the synchronization technology of hydrostatic motor grader anddesign compatible hydrostatic system to solve the problems of synchronization andimprove the drive performances and operational efficiency.This dissertation focuses on the researched of the synchronous problem ofhydraulic motor grader deeply. Firstly, according to the single pump and doublemotors closed hydraulic system of hydraulic motor grader, four synchronous methodswere proposed and confirmed the best way which based on the synchronydividing-combining valve. Secondly, hydraulic system and control system of thesynchronous schemes were designed, and the type of synchrony dividing-combiningvalve was confirmed through matching and accounting based on one type of thehydraulic motor grader. Finally, a mass of test about imported and domestic synchronydividing-combining valve was implemented under the confirmed synchronous scheme.The study results can be taken as references for improving the synchronousperformances of hydraulic motor grader and exploiting domestic synchronydividing-combining valve. |
