Theoretical Research And Practical Application Of CFG Pile Reinforcement Of Large Tanks Foundation

In recent years, with the national economic growth, the demand of crude oil and its stock could not be satisfy the national requirements. Oil tanks, as a storing crude oil equipment, grows rapidly. The features of tank is having huge reservation and high automation. To improve the efficient of land use, increase the fuel depot reserves, and reduce the cost, constructing large capacity storage is vitally necessary.Huge oil tanks demands of huge bearing capacity,stability of the foundation and also of post-construction settlement. CFG pile (cement and fly ash gravel pile)composite foundation,can not only significantly shorten the construction period, save cost, but also improve the efficiency of the foundation bearing capacity, control deformation of foundation, is a valuable technology and has a bright future.Based on conclusion of predecessors'fruits and combined with the practice experience, I analyzed CFG pile composite foundation reinforcement mechanism and designing method, studied CFG pile composite foundation bearing capacity design patterns, analyzed the current estimate formula, and discussed the parameter a in calculation formula. To the silty clay, I hold the view that it is reasonable to get a between 1.0～1.2. Next, I Analyzed measures and attentions in the construction of CFG pile composite foundation,and put forward the basis of quality evaluation standards and rating. Through monitoring water filling preloading process, analysied of the pore water pressure changes, pile-soil stress variation, deep soil vertical displacement change, horizontal displacement changes of deep soil, cans core pile soil settlement in detail, draw the conclution:along with water filling preloading process, the pile-soil stress of tank adjusting and changing, and gradually increase. For different basic structure form, and pile-soil stress. For the silty clay, plastic deformation is dominating.Through the examples, we can better undersdand the CFG pile composite foundation and its work.,and also its provides detailed test data and scientific thoery, have an important practical significance.
