Research On The Planning Of Urban Space System Based On Low-Carbon Idea

Today the global temperature is warming, ecological environmental crisis is deepening, the development of low carbon has become a strategic means which could cope with weather safety problem. The low carbon city could ease environment pressure,improve the residential space, the urban space system act a irreplaceable role in the construction of low carbon city. The urban space system is the research object of this paper from low carbon development perspective, summarize the correlation of low carbon idea and urban space system and the characteristics. The strategies which construct low carbon urban space system are analyses from four sides including layout structure, land-utilize patterns,kinds of Greenland, the specific factors of internal space system.Ningxiang county space system as the example, analysed the greenland system plan of having low carbon idea. The conclusion are drawned:(1) The construction of low carbon urban greenland should develop tthe green net and the layout structure of three-dimensional in order to improve the efficient land utilization, reduce carbon emissions, realize the ecological value.Meanwhile, this structure could make space system to the organic whole, have the strong extensibility, ensure the stability of urban space ecological system.(2) To the land-utilize patterns, it should enlarge the connotation of urban greening, emphasize on the utilization and constrction of rural and urban combination area; conserve ecological land, recover the diversity of natural biological. Some lands which have not developed should be used in order to increase the coverage of Greenland.(3) To the construction of low carbon urban Greenland, park green space could achieve low carbon emission by the proportionality of service radius and the reasonability of distribution, production greenland should combine with agriculture in order to develop the economic and reduce the transportation energy, protective greenland combine with urban grouping segregation in order to segregate pollutant source and air pollution; affiliated greenland should increase green quantity and build ecological living environment and health way of life, improve road greening, advocate the construction of greenway in order to reduce the road pollution, other greenland should emphasize on the conservation of natural resource and the continuity of the spatial expansion, promote urban and rural sustainable development.(4) At the plant plan sides, some low carbon plants should be choosed, at the sides of water resource-utilize, the ideas of water-saving and water-purification should be permeated;at the energy sides, the high carbon energy should be reduced, clean energy should be developed; low carbon buildings and green transportation should be promoted, the carbon emission should be reduced. In planning process and maintenance management, the problems of energy consumption and carbon emission should be considered, low carbon idea should be popularized, low carbon consciousness should be improved.
