The Study On Design Of Intensive Landscape Architecture In Leisure Villa

With the rapid development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization, a series of questions such as urban ecology,environment energy and disaster increasingly serious, urban human began to seek city peripheral sminiature tourism sites for recreation and leisure. Leisure villa emergeas, gradually meet people's spiritual and culture needs, began to develop a new kind of green tourism industry. But in recent years, as the industry's blind expansion, more and more leisure villa eager luxury, luxurious and imitate, in urban areas surrounding natural ecological environment and humanistic history caused the most damage. Obviously, this kind of development model acted counter to the sustainable development strategy in China. Therefore, although in 2006 the ministry of construction on proposed building the saving-type urban green space, also got active response of the whole society, however, in this age of intensive landscape architecture, such as the leisure villa such sminiature tourist sites intensive landscape architecture is rarely concern of the society, its related study also very little. To improve the situation, this article also should emergeas.Based on the concept and the related theory of organic, resorts and leisure farm, referring to some research results about leisure villa,this paper defines the concept of leisure villa. Through theoretical traceability and connotation of intensive landscape architecture, combining with the development of leisure villa as well as the function orientation and the general layout, analysis the economical landscape design of JiWang leisure villa, summed up a set of intensive landscape architecture about leisure villa of landscape design of specific construction measures. Through the contrast of domestic and foreign research method and theory achievements about this field, summarized the strong impact factors,moderate impact factor,secondary impact factors about leisure villa economical landscape design. In order to further explore the save design of leisure villa, this paper with AHP evaluation method for the data processing, established the evaluation system of leisure villa economical landscape design, and use JiWang garden leisure villa for practical case showed the rationality of the system.In short, this paper tries to fusion leisure villa and the intensive landscape architecture theory, the application of new methods and new technology, exploratory has established a set of intensive landscape architecture on the leisure villa landscape evaluation system, in hopes of landscape industry as well as the economical landscape design and the sustainable development will promote.
