With the development of modern industrial production, transportation and the development of urban construction, noise has become the fourth largest environmental hazards after the water pollution, air pollution and solid waste pollution. Noise belong to physical pollution, it not only endanger human health through the hearing, but also reduce the working efficiency, besides, it is an important reason leading to the accident. At present, noise control roused more and more attention and concern from people, enterprise and society, has become one of the most attention research topic in Environmental engineering.This topic comes from the engineering practice, the main object of study is the noise control of eccentric long rod vibrating conveyor in a cigarette silk production line of a Cigarette Factory. Due to limited to counterfeiting, when we need to change the length, width and other structural dimensions, the copied vibrating conveyor often appears a lot of noise, and frame swinging beyond the standard.In this paper, the vibrating conveyor's noise spectrum characteristics were determined through the analysis of the data by field monitoring, noise source was predicted and proper noise reduction measures were worked out preliminarily according to the spectrum characteristics. Take a certain type vibrating conveyor for example, this paper do some research on vibration slot about noise radiation by using finite element method and boundary element method, the research shows that the main source of noise and the radiation condition of the vibration slot. Some regularity conclusion about the noise control of the vibration slot was concluded through studies on inherent frequency, vibration response and noise radiation of the vibration slot in different parameters, and some basis on Vibration and noise reduction of vibration slot were provide. the modal of the frame was analyzed with the ANSYS software, the analysis results show that the frame's minimum inherent frequency far outweigh the working frequency and will not happen resonance phenomenon, but there are also torsional vibration and swing, these vibration will bring adverse effects and noise. Finally, a vibration isolation system was designed on the vibrating conveyor, the Reasonableness and effectiveness of the Isolation component were proved with static and dynamic analysis of the vibration isolation system with finite element method, at the same time, some rules on selecting the spring parameters were summed up after researching the isolation effect of the vibration isolation system in different parameters.This paper as a demonstration to use the computer simulation technology to control noise of vibrating conveyor, has practical engineering value and the significance of theory, do demonstrations for the noise control of vibrating conveyor, improve the working environment of tobacco factory workshop, also has a certain value for the noise control of some other vibration machines and industrial noise which with many vocal pieces, wide distribution and large pollution.
