With the increasing severity of environment and energy problems, wind energy generation as an clean and renewable energy causes extensive concerns of the countries all over the world. With development of wind energy generation technology and decreasing the wind power generation costs, large-scale wind farm are constantly emerging. So wind farm Grid-connected is becoming one key technology of wind energy generation. Researching into the Interaction Between wind farm Grid-connected and electric network is of great importance engineering practical value.This paper is based on Matlab and simulation software PSAT (Power System Analysis Toolbox), do some simulation analysis work on wind power grid integration operation. First we discussed the tree type wind turbine generator (The constant speed wind turbine with squirrel cage induction generator, the variable speed wind turbine with doubly fed (wound rotor) induction generator and the direct drive synchronous generator.) respectively, and understand its basic structure and work principle, and set up mathematics of wind turbine generator. Secondly we discussed and analyzed related techniques problems of large wind farm Grid-connected. Simulation models are established in PSAT. Responds of power system under disturbs of given wind speed, and responds of wind farm under disturbs of load are studied. Dynamic characteristic and interaction between different type wind turbine generator and power system under disturbs of given wind speed and load are compared and analyzed. Finally, this paper introduces several improve dynamic performance measures of wind power grid system.
