Position monitoring is an important technology in the process of aircraft jacking. The technology of aircraft jacking is put to use in many kinds of maintenance and operations such as landing gear replacement and test, tire and braking devices maintenance, important repair,important modification, weight and balance etc. Position monitoring is installed in the aircraft in order to make sure that the aircraft is lifting and putting down stability.This article uses for reference the inertial navigation technology in aviation technology and the continuous measurement techniques in oil well measurement. It makes position monitor controller be able to achieve sufficient accuracy and reliability. The continuous measurement and monitoring in present are came off. The operator who operates the lift can operate the lift directly based on the position data such as the next lifting height about the lift point which are displaced on the position monitoring.Analysis of the relevant theory using accelerometers and induced magnetic sensors to actualize position monitoring, establishing mathematical physics model of position metering continually, posture measurement to solve mathematical relationship is derived by using three mutually perpendicular accelerometers and three mutually perpendicular magnetic inductive sensors which are fixed in three dimensional coordinate. Posture measurement to solve mathematical relationship of the next lifting height about the three lift points is derived by using the position values of roll angle and pitch angle.The working principle of the two kinds of sensors is analyzed simply in this article. Many kinds of factors affecting the measurement accuracy are thought about in order to selecting the appropriate sensor as a position monitor controller components. The paper carefully designs and analyses the single chip microcomputer controlled data acquisition calculate system involved in electro circuit of program-controlled amplification, modulus conversion, microprocessor and data coding transmission. And designing the software control processes and interrupt service program processes to expectant function.In the theory of position monitor, error analysis and error compensation and adjust become the important technology in building and using monitoring device. According to measurement method and measurement error analysis to establish mathematical model equation of measurement error compensation and adjust the operation method of position monitor controller, supply the computational model of computer programming for calculating result and calibration instruments.The method of measurement accuracy and coherency is established, which is the compare the measurement data between the data obtained by the aircraft jacking position monitor and the data in actual. It is account that the position monitoring has the necessary accuracy and equation by analyzing the measurement values of four aircrafts. The position monitoring is adapted to the different model and type of aircraft. It is also used for position monitoring in the hydraulic servo synchronized overall top-up the process.
