The operating condition of diesel engine is very complicated.If the control system can be used to regulate the operation of diesel engine under different working conditions,the operating efficiency of the diesel engine can be improved.At this time,it need to provide the operation of the diesel engine of real-time data,the system will be able to through the analysis of the data,the implementation of effective adjustment and control of the way,to ensure the reliability of the operation of the diesel engine and high efficiency.Therefore,the marine diesel engine shaft power measurement has become an indispensable technical means.Through the analysis of the former measuring diesel engine shaft power I can see most use contact type measurement,not suitable for long time for online measurement.At present,ship shaft power on-line detection technology in practical application is not widespread,and therefore need to design can effectively,long time online measurement of the shaft power.Only in this way can make the engine more intelligent and efficient.This paper designed by photoelectric sensor,photoelectric encoder,MCU and PC component,use the principle of phase difference to measure the torque,combined with the measured frequency method to measure the speed,and then calculate the corresponding real-time shaft power to realize the real-time online detection of diesel engine power,provides data support for the intelligent control of the diesel engine.The slave computer using the MCS-51 MCU system structure and the design of the source program,combined with the design of the photoelectric acquisition part,constitute the main signal acquisition and processing components.PC using LabVIEW graphical programming interface to display the data,real-time receiving by MCS-51 by serial port communication transmission of data,and waveform and numerical respectively the speed,the torque and shaft power displayed.After many times of experiment and combining the data and analysis the practicality of this system,we can see the practicability of this method for the measurement of marine diesel engine shaft power is high,simple operation,suitable for ship shaft power real-time on-line measurement,depending on the output shaft,change the system parameter setting,online can also be measured in different positions in different shafts of real-time shaft power.
