Air-entraining concrete is a kind of concrete that is added air-entraining agent and into which lots of tiny bubbles is introduced,thus the concrete workability and durability are effectively improved.Air-entraining concrete is a relatively good performance of cement concrete,and it is used widely in energy-saving building insulation,hydraulic structures,road pavement engineering,such as all aspects of concrete material involved,and has a very good development prospect.This paper is mainly aimed at air-entraining concrete application in road pavement,including around air-entraining,testly analyses various properties change of concrete with introduced tiny bubbles,and obtains some beneficial results and data for our cement road pavement construction.This paper firstly carries on proportioning design of road air-entraining concrete.Specificly,firstly designs concrete gradation,makes the concrete gradation satisfing the requirements of the skeleton dense-graded,and carries on the theoretical mixing of concrete proportion according to the"volume method",and then by using the"orthogonal experiment method"picks out two groups of better performance of concrete proportion according to 28d mechanics performance of concrete,finally finds out the mix proportion of concrete according with mechanics performance requirements of heavy or traffic rank pavement,the next, carrys out various of performance tests on that concrete proportion.In the construction of concrete,we frequently encounter on problems of the slump and gas content loss, this paper firstly analyses the mechanism of the slump and gas content loss from the point of view of theory,and then analyses the sorts of influence factors of the slump and gas content loss by indoor experiment,the influence factors analyzed mainly includ the raw materials,water-binder ratio,fly ash,slump,gas content,content of water reducing agent,vibration time and the state of the new mixing concrete.Finally,baseing on influence law of various factors,puts forward the related suggestions on how to control the slump and containing volume loss.In the face of the"durability"that is a increasingly prominent civil engineering problem , the article mainly experimental analyses the performance of the anti-permeability and frost-resistance of air-entraining concrete , finds out the influence relationship between gas content and the concrete performance, and analyses the reason of why air-entraining concrete has good endurance from the perspective of the theory.Lastly,the paper analyses the fatigue performance of air-entraining concrete,thinks that the gas content has little effect on the fatigue properties when the gas content is in the 4.5%.Through the paper′s experimental research,let us have a more aware of the various performance of the air-entraining concrete , and provides the related experimental and theoretical basis for generalization and further application of road air-entraining concrete,also offers a new idea for the highway pavement construction.
