The rapid development of petrochemical industry and people's increasing demand for energy requires the loading process of the liquid fuel efficient, automatic control and environmental safety. Basically, the liquid fuel is transported by cars, trains and dock. Compared to car and waterway, Rail transport has a high degree of safety, quick transportation speed, long distance and low transport costs, pollution, weather influence. This article aimed at train transported jet fuel for the quantitative loading.Aviation fuel automatic quantitative loading system is combined by computer control technology, instrumentation automation and control technology, network technology, communication technology and the previous loading crane control system technologies to achieve distributed control and centralized management of aviation fuel quantitative loading. This system can collect a large number of production data from each stack, to achieve the internal production management, scheduling, and external oil metering and to make production personnel obtain timely and convenient information about the scene, which plays a vital role in increasing automation, enhancing security, efficient and reliable production.In this paper, based on the aviation fuel stack units of Jinxi Petrochemical Company of China Petroleum, detailed analyzed the process flows of aviation fuel automatic quantitative loading system, gave the overall structure of this distributed system. The system is composed by monitoring system and control system. Control system uses the GE RX3i PLC to complete the on-site data collection, processing, equipment control and linkage function. Monitoring system uses an visual configuration software InTouch as a control interface development software. It was used to design the aviation fuel automatic quantitative loading system. It can achieve the control of process data, the show of history data, OPC Server, alarm and linkage protection. It makes system control quick and easy through a friendly interactive interface, the software can fulfill multi-tasking monitoring in real-time and data transmission and sharing online. This system operates easy and safe. And GE's HCS is used in InTouch and the PLC communication.The choice of hardware and software for this system meets the system requirements, takes advantage of the configuration software for a variety of interface design to make the system operation simple, good, able to solve the oil loss, high labor intensity, low loading efficiency and poor safety, it will surely have a good social effect and economic benefits.
