Imported Cars Steering Straightening Machine Monitoring And Control System To Improve The Design And Software Development

In the paper, the structure and mechanism of an import full automatic straightening machine have been analyzed, the accessing method of the straightness error and straightening mechanism have also been researched. After that, the measuring and controlling system of the full automatic straightening machine has been redesigned, the industry computer IPC-610 has replaced the singlechip. The IPC and the PLC are the new controlling system, which controls two servo motors. In the rebuilding process, the primary servo motor, PLC, displacement sensor, and code have been used to decrease the cost, the motor controlling card , I/O card and data gathering card have been added. The PLC control program has been developed. After the test, the redesign has been proved success. The machine function has been increased, it not only satisfies the straightening demands of steering gear axle, but also has good reliability, stability, and good man-machine interface.
