Battery problem is the key to the development of restricting electric cars. Because of high power of lead-acid batteries, cost-effective, raw material is rich, recovery, as the advantages of high power electric bicycle preferred. Lead-acid battery systems are now charging efficiency, low, charging deficiency, gas chromatography of charging and serious problems, causing the performance of lead-acid batteries reduced and deep circulation service life's short.Based on the electric bicycle for application target with lead-acid batteries, aiming at charging problems appeared in the process of lead-acid batteries, combining internal electrochemistry reaction when the characteristics of each stage of lead-acid batteries at home and abroad and the existing charging technology and current charger advantages, puts forward a new kind of intelligent charging scheme - "multi-stage type double plus-minus pulse" (pulse charging, repair; negative pulse depolarization pointed to vulcanization); the pulse charging scheme, and made the scheme of hardware circuit and control software design scheme.The lead-acid battery system uses modular design, and existing lead-acid battery charger kit use, this system control each stage of the starting and ending, this phase of the charging mode, charging electric current, and can according to the state of lead-acid batteries charged for charging model parameters selection. In order to realize the lead-acid batteries by the intelligent charging, Mega16 controller to an intelligent control lead-acid batteries. This scheme is primarily through the control circuit of lead-acid batteries charged charging electric current, voltage, temperature detection in real time, to charge parameters (charging mode, charging current) make real-time reasonable adjustment, to charge process, process monitoring abnormal stop charging and alarm, improve the practicability, safety and reliability.A large number of experimental verification, the charging system to give full play to the performance of lead-acid batteries, improve the lead-acid batteries charging speed, reducing the loss of lead-acid batteries charging process, eliminate the polarization and charging process and prolong the sulfurization of lead-acid batteries deep circulation service life is of great significance.
