The Study On Architectural Cultural Heritage Of Urban Demolition

In recent years, with the further deepening of the reform and opening up, China's urbanization process has also been accelerated.The city can be described as changing the face of change. But in this "fundamentally changed", we have also paid a terrible price.We see the reality: With the accelerated urbanization process, many historical and cultural cities, historic districts, historic buildings have been seriously damaged, large-scale destruction of architectural cultural heritage have occurred sometimes. Between the "economic development" and "protection of traditional", a lot of cities tend to choose the former. In the context of the market mechanism, the reasons of the destruction are found openly to "economic development", which also as an excuse to blindly maximize the benefits ,than destory the architectural cultural heritage as "the bulldozer" type. The protection of architectural cultural heritage is now confronted with severe challenges. However, China's current protection of architectural cultural heritage is not complete, and the theoretical research is mainly in the architecture, urban planning, environmental law perspective, and based on the administrative law perspective of urban demolition to study on architectural cultural heritage was nonexistent, so a comprehensive analysis and research on the protection of architectural cultural heritage demonstrates great signficance.The research object of this paper is the legal protection system of architectural cultural heritage of urban demolition. I adopted some research methods,such as the historical analysis, the legal theory analysis, the comparative analysis and systems analysis ect. Firstly, the paper defines the concept of architectural cultural heritage , and clearly states the objects,the pattern and the principles of the protection of architectural cultural heritage. Next the paper investigates the architectural cultural heritage protection legal system of the international and foreign, and were compared and summarized. Then analyse rational the legal system of China's architectural cultural heritage protection, pointing out the problems. Finally, offers some suggestions on the further completion of it.
