Risk Assesement And Risk Reduction In Elevator Inspection Application Research

As the elevator provides high speed transport services, also it incurs some safty accidents to damage people's lives and property. Especially in the earlier used old elevator, there is a big risk for the elevator safety regulator. Therefore conducting evelator assement is particularly important. After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of risk assessment method, we applied the working condition dangerous evaluation to actual elevator inspection.The research in this paper mainly includes five parts:Firstly, systematically describes the theory of risk assessment and gives a full description of viarious risk elements application.Secondly, applying the working condition dangerous evaluation to elevator risk assessment, and giving the assignment for the level of risk probility and the degree of risk severity. Taking full account of many additional correction factors , such as the energy status of the elevator, run quality, component life, and spot checks on the use of units, and modifying the evaluation results to make evaluation more scientific, then taking measures to reduce risk.Thirdly, carrying out a risk assessment and risk reduction to prove the feasibility of the theory. The practice proved that the method is simple, efficient and effective way to the risk assessment. It will help to provide the technical support for the government and user of elevator under present inspection way.
