In 2006, the State Council promulgated the "decision on strengthening energy", from energy security strategy and a high degree of sustainable development, and vigorously promote energy conservation. Energy industry as one of transportation, attaches great importance to the field of energy conservation and the sustainable development of transport energy, will study the development and use of energy-saving and new energy vehicles as "energy saving" an important measure.Electric vehicles are energy-saving and new energy vehicles in today's major development; charging system for electric vehicles to provide energy supply to run, is an important basis for supporting electric vehicle systems.In the energy conversion process necessarily involves electricity trade settlement. On-board charger for charging mode of communication, the use of smart meters for energy exchange measured in the field has a very mature technical support. Based on the above background, this article focuses on off-board charger DC charge mode, research and design of DC electricity metering equipment. Based on CS5464 chip energy metering structure and principles, the main design of the voltage sampling circuit, the current sampling circuit, oscillator circuit and other hardware, as well as the main program, calibration software design; the same time, based on MFCM200 reader module structure and principle, the main design MCU interface of the module and the antenna circuit and other hardware, as well as the main program, MFCM200 with the IC card control software design.
